Currently heading the onsite support team for a prestigious company that specialises in Luxury goods. Resolving all types of IT incidents from Network to end user assistance.
The focus for the team is to give the best end user service possible and respect the predefined Service Level Agreements. As team leader, I am the main liaison between Bedag and the client company and ultimately responsible for any failures to meet the required SLA.
In order to meet the client requirements, I have switched some of my attention to the Microsoft platforms and do most of their Exchange 2010 administration.
