I was the kid the librarian came to get out of 9th grade classes to fix her Macintosh! I abhorred school and learned better by doing than reading about it. And being a do'er is what's gotten me to where I am in life, I would not have it any other way.
I have worked for both the Federal government and private industry alike. Food processing, second tier automotive and restaurant supply manufacturing facilities.. I currently support around 350 users, local and remote, in a manufacturing environment where we fabricate custom kitchen equipment for restaurants and institutions.
I prefer to do things the right way the first time, being old school has it's advantages in that area.
