I am currently employed at Hewlett Packard, at the Canadian head office in Toronto, and am part of an 8 person team which provides first line support to ALL internal customers in Canada coast to coast (approximately 1500-2000 employees). This team supports around 80 applications on 7 different OS's (3.1, NT, 95, Windows CE, Unix, MPE). We handle everything from the server back - Datacom, applications, hardware troubleshooting, etc. Anything that we cannot solve online gets dispatched to various 2nd level groups in Canada and the US for research, but we currently boast 80% online resolution in under 10 minutes.

Previous to this employment, I have contracted in call centres in Toronto setting up 200+ seats on NT domains (including all hardware, LAN, telcom requirements) with various application and database setup. I have also worked as a systems administrator for a major Canadian Car rental company, administrating an NT and SCO Unix domains, with virtual terminal setups in 100+ stores, and frame relay SQL database connections in remote cities.
