Luv n-Tier (hate the GUI, don't do to well with asthetics).
Fav technologies, COM/+, MSMQ, VB, vbs/js.

These I use to make my job more fun, less repeditive and 'empower' users by writing apps that perform tasks to best practice without users knowledge.
