• Worked with external auditors for the annual SOC 1 audit for SSAE 16 and 18, managing and serving as liaison with internal control owners to guarantee zero exceptions, coordinating and providing documentation in a timely manner, reviewing/editing report draft.

• Reviewed incoming job tickets to ensure that requested tasks fall into the scope of service, had been properly triaged on the Support end, and adhered to audit controls.
