More bioProfessional programmer since 1967. Languages, oldest to newest: 1401/1410 Autocoder, IBM 360 Cobol, RPG, System 38 RPG III, AS/400 RPG IV, Z80 Assembler, C (just plain C, not ++), Digital Group Basic, IBC Business Basic, GWBasic, MS Quick Basic, Clarion Professional Developer, MS Visual Basic (before it had a number), SAP Abap IV (SAP Certified, Abap Workbench), MS Access 97, MS Access 2003. I have been paid to program in all of these languages except for MS Access, which I have used extensively since 2003 to develop for the company I now own, Certified Personal Care (a non-medical home health company). After 14 years as programmer for several companies, I became independent consultant from 1980 through 2002, programming for wholesale distribution firms, several oil and gas companies, a large international airport, a sporting goods manufacturer, a Fortune 100 supply chain solutions company. I joined EE as a premium member in 2003 when I was learning Access/VBA to prototype a system for running my home health company. I had originally planned to rewrite in Clarion Professional Developer, but never got around to it, since the Access prototype worked so well.
