"How does Experts Exchange work?"

You will receive support for any and all IT issues. Post a question describing your problem, technology environment, and any troubleshooting steps you’ve already tried. (If it is coding or web development, code snippets and specific descriptions are very helpful!)

Feel free to ask strategic questions as well as technical ones. Our experts can help you vet technologies based on their experiences, identify different ways to approach a project, or simply review your work to give you peace of mind that nothing was missed.

When you identify the topics associated with your question, experts in those areas are alerted of the question. You can then discuss different methodologies and approaches with our global community of industry professionals (“Certified Experts”).

You will also have access to unlimited professional training courses in a wide variety of topics. These training courses can be used to work toward industry certifications and are available on demand.

"Can I upgrade to Team once I already have a Personal account?"

Yes! To upgrade your account, go to My Account and choose Personal Billing. Select Change Subscription. From there, select the number of licenses you need from the dropdown menu and enter your payment information. Then you can set up your company dashboard and send out license invitations to your employees.

"What payment methods do you accept?"

Personal accounts and Team accounts can pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal*.

For Team accounts who need to pay via check, wire transfer, or ACH/EFT, please contact us at business_accounts@experts-exchange.com.

*PayPal is a third-party processor that stores your payment information. We will not have access to your payment information.

"How do I cancel my subscription?"
