There are a lot of things I really don't like about LinkedIn, but it looks like a cluttered and obnoxious UI might not be one of those reasons for much longer...

Yeah, I'm going to have to go actually log in to my account to check it out more. (I almost never login over there, partly because of how the UI always bugged me so much!)
