So did you checkout that you've actually given that permission and it's still needed?

A quick check here and no-one has "Windows" specifically listed as an OAuth authorized app.

Even if correct it's always worth checking your settings regularly :)

Windows 10 is just set up that way as I have the only email address I use set up as my Microsoft account.  I just thought it was funny.
