What is your favorite password manager? I use the hell out of LastPass. Love it's versatility and reliability, especially across multiple platforms. It's ease of use and short learning curve has made it a valuable part of helping my clientele manage access to specific resources with fantastic results. What are your go to's?
I use Mac OS X's built-in keychain tool, mostly because it's very convenient to not have to get something else and I'm very comfortable trusting Apple.
I'm interested in trying some other options so I can have something cross-platform though, so thanks for posting this!
I've tried everything from MSecure (which is absolutely terrible), to Avast and Kaspersky's offerings (both of which I really like, but have limited abilities within enterprise environments). Thus far, I've found that LastPass's abilities are the best for companies and or large IT dept's to manage their password vaults, other than creating your own within a secure SQL database.
As far as the breech at LastPass is concerned, I am quite sure that they've learned their lessons the hard way, as have most security firms along the way. I feel they handled themselves with sincere humility and an undeniable drive to ensure that it doesn't happen again.
