Beware (of RopeMaker) you can still get tricked the next time you open the email again - use text mail is safer though your will miss out the friendly styling format...

If you agree that the potential of an email being changeable post-delivery under the control of a malicious actor increases the probability of a successful email-borne attack, the issue simplifies itself.  Experience tells us that cybercriminals are always looking for the next email attack technique to use.  As an industry let’s work together to reduce the likelihood that the ROPEMAKER style of exploits gains any traction with cybercriminals!

WOW!! I did not know an email could change after being delivered.
I know emails sometimes are used as evidence on courts. Does that mean they are not valid sources of evidence?
