Windows 10 Version 1709 is due out Tuesday October 17. I have it running now and so far (from the point of view of quality) it looks pretty good.

Microsoft has admitted they pushed Version 1703 out the door before vendors could adapt to it.

So far it appears they have learned to test twice before issuing once.
