Until the last 30 days, Windows 10 V1703 was the least reliable OS Microsoft ever built including Windows 3.1. They have finally fixed numerous bugs and it looks pretty strong right now. Version 1709 looks good already.
I DO wish they would spend the next year improving quality and put “cool” on the back burner for a bit

Guess it's a bug related to the resolution of your device. Doesn't do that on my devices (mobile/pc).

It was the initial Creator Update on my ThinkPad X1 Carbon. As I noted, the issues seem to be fixed in the last 60 days, so here is hoping for good / better with V1709
