we have installed a fresh Exchange Server 2013 Server on two Servers Mailbox Server and CAS Server on Windows 2012 R2 Server. we are facing IIS issue on CAS Server, internal error 500 appear, when logon on to OWA or  ECP on CAS Server also exchange management shell not connect. image is attached. we have installed internal CA certifcate in IIS. issue resolve on restarting of IIS ServerError when starting exchange management shell on CAS Server.

we have to restart the IIS Server once or twice a day to resolve the issue. please suggest a solution
