Word default Envelope font settings not staying set
have click "Set as default" and new blank envelopes come up correctly. However if you highlight an address and click mailings>envelope it comes up with the autodefault of "+headings..."

That is how Word has worked for years. I do not think there is a fix for this. I have not seen one.
Thank you for replying quickly. I will see if I can get her to use merging to labels or something else.
