Problems and backups.

I post here somewhat frequently (frequently enough to have broken the iPhone Mobile App).

There is a distinct correlation between "I have a big problem"  and  "I have no backup"  

/me scratches head in absolute wonderment.

And it seems there is another correlation between "I have a big problem" and "I use really old software"

Even Windows 7 (yes we have lots left to upgrade yet) is now very long in the tooth.
