This actually seems like not a lot given how far reaching it is - maybe due to the quick patch efforts.

I've heard there were issues with the hacker's systems not being fully ready to accept payment and that companies who are paying the ransoms aren't getting their data decrypted anyway. Probably stopping some folks from paying up.
