When using a cgi script in MacHTTP it doesn't work. Whenever I put it in my root folder and try to launchi it from my server using Netscape it says <i>Error:Unable To Launch CGI Application</i>. What's the matter with it?

Some possible solutions:

1) By root, I assume you mean Server Root (i.e. the same directory as MacHttp) rather than the top level directory (which is generally refered to as the root directory).

2) Make sure that you have .CGI at the end of the script name.

3 Are you running a script _you_ wrote, or one downloaded from somewhere? If it is downloaded, make sure you have properly installed any other
files/applications needed (i.e. the perl interpreter, hypercard etc.).

Let me know if this doesn't work.
