Rnaapp Not Responding

When my system won't respond and I hit Ctrl+Alt+Delete I get the message that ("Rnaapps" is not responding), I click close and I am able to continue. This has happened at different periods of useing my computer. When I have 1 or 5 programs running, or when none are when I am going thru the WIN95 shut down process and the screen will change to the WIN95 LOGO and will stay there.(which normaly is about 1 to 5 seconds depending on how much time and info i had preformed earlier, then goew to "it is now safe to shut down your computer", screen)  This has happened often. what can cause this and how do I fix it? is there a program  the I can get that will "seek and repair", problems like this?

That because Rnaapps was crash in your system. If you don't have to use Rnaapps just try to uninstall it. I think Rnaapps is "background program", the program that work in the background, that come with another one. Try to think which program that cause this error(e.g. you don't have this experience before you install some program) and try to uninstall that program.
