I'm programming a graphic tool using VC++ 4.2. I want this tool to view JPEG image. How can I do this ?<br />
I've heard that VC++ 4.1 or later supports for viewing JPEG.<br />
Is DrawDib used for it ? If so, how can I write the code for encode/decode JPEG ?<br />
