In order to run a program I need a specific DLL (pacoplay.dll) that is not furnished with the program. Where could I find it, or where could I find a DLL Library on the Net.

go to www.yahoo.com and choose computer\software and do a search for dll from that page. should bring up about possible sites to investigate.
