How Can I Atach A Wave-file To A Program?
For Example If I Start Scandisk I Hear A Sound.
Do I Need A Program For This

there are programs that will do this. check out www.zdnet.com. should be able to find something there.
you can also do it yourself thru the registry but that is definitely harder than using a program.
