I need a CCL file for my GV TP Platinum modem that is optimized to work with Apple's OT/PPP. I recently upgraded this modem from 28.8 to 33.6. The best connect times that I can get from my ISP are 24000. Surely I can do better than that. I'm currently using the CCL file that GV created for use with ARA 2.1 TP Platinum 28.8/33.6.

It sounds like you've got a bad phone line.  There is really nothing you can do about this.  I used to be using a provider that had all 28.8 modems when I lived with my parents and I rarely got over 21600, no matter what modem script or init string I used.  Also, the Platinum could be part of your problem.  Since I switched to my USR modem, I get much better connect rates.  Good luck!
