I'm trying to run DriveSpace(Dos7/Win95) on my 850mb,single partition hard drive. It's about 90% full. I get a message saying that DriveSpace cannot compress a drive with more than 500mb of data on it.  Is this normal?

DriveSpace only support compressed volume files of 512 MB size. This is because it only support cluster sizes up to 8K.

DriveSpace 3 (Plus! pack) can use cluster sizes up to 32K, so the maximum size for DriveSpace 3 is 2 GB.
