I am using Microsoft FrontPage to build my web-pages. I would like to know how I can make a link or something else, that makes it possible for another user to download a file that I have posted to the same place as my web-pages.

Copy the file that wish to make available for download into the WEB directory (could be c:\inetpub\wwwroot\teshtml).

For this example lets call the file test.exe.

In FrontPage Editor insert a link by selecting INSERT on the menu bar and then HYPERLINK...
Select the tab Current FrontPage Web.  Then either type in Test.exe or click browse.  Then click OK.

Fairly simple really.
