If I run RegClean at any time, eg immediately after I've run it once, I always get the last two lines of the attached undo.reg file. If I've used MSIE since running RegClean then I get the whole 4 lines inc. in the file as shown attached.
Overall my system works well except I cannot seem to hold resized windows on the desktop (this maybe after I've run RegClean! or perhaps its another fault altogether?)

And you question is?
the problem with the resized windows is not caused by regclean. it is a common problem with 95. it will only save the position of the last 20 (I believe) windows opened. after twenty it deletes the first on list and saves the last.
if you use Tweakui you are supposed to be able to fix this but I dont think it works to well. change setting for save settings on exit, open all the programs you normally use one at a time, resize the window to what you want and then close the window. after this is done go back to Tweakiu and reset save settings on exit. It did work for me for awhile.
I found also that if you open a window, resize it and then put a task bar in the window it seems to hold the settings better and longer.
