I have got a search field. I want to search with two engines at the same time (Microsoft Index Server and a data base search) and present the result in two frames side by side. The user should only type his query once and then submit it to both engines. How can this be done??

This is hard to accomplish.

The most easiest way is to let user choose which engines they want to use, then write an CGI which
redirect the query to the selected search engine.

I think it is very hard to display the result from
two different search engines in an HTML page.

Hope that helps.
