How can I confirm prior to an install of a Windows NT server (running Citrix WinFrame) will print to a HP printer with a JetDirect card installed into it using TCP/IP?

There is really not anything special to confirm.

Windows NT (and Citrix Winframe) supports printing using DLC and TCP/IP.  The JetDirect card also supports printing using DLC and TCP/IP.  Either protocol will work just fine.
