I Need to Convert QuarkXpress Files (Basic layout) to a file format that I can Read in MS Word.

I would prefer a Word 97 or Word 95 file, but a Mac Word 6.0 or even *.rtf file would be adequate.

It is essential that all formatting (other than graphic elements) is converted as these files will eventually be part of HTML files for the Internet and also a Psion browser.

The prefered method of convertion would be some sort of program on the MAC to convert to a MAC Word file, which I can then import into my PC (Word 97).

use DatViz's maclinkplus, version 9 is out now and that should do the trick.

it converts everything into anything, and should solve your problem.

i dont know how much it costs for version 9, but version 8.1 comes with system 7.6.
