Mac s/w for fitness freak

Is there a program suitable for keeping a log of the progress of track (running) training? A runners diary with when I ran, how long and the elapsed time.
If it also includes weight mesurements that would be fine.
Both shareware and commercial programs are of interest (and yes, freeware too :-)

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Yes, there are two shareware programs, one of which may suit you better than the other. They are available at ftp.sunet.se, and many other sites. Here they are:

runninglog.sit.hqx
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
       file size: 22 K (22528 bytes)
       file date: Oct 01,1995
       path: hypercard/organization/
       The Running Log is a small HyperCard Stack for long-distance runners,joggers, and walkers. It keeps track of when you run, how far, your weight, the weather, how long it took, your comments rating and route. To use it you need HyperCard 2.2 or HyperCard Player.
Files found in info-mac archive as of Feb 5,1997:
sports-log-141.hqx
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
       file size: 162 K (165826 bytes)
       file date: Oct 14,1996
       path: app/

       SportsLog 1.4.1 is a standalone Mac application which can be used to create logs of sporting or training events which involve laps or split times, including running, jogging, and bicycling. SportsLog can store up to 27 splits per event, and is capable of displaying graphs of individual events, and overlay graphs of multiple events.

If you do not know how to download these files, please let me know and I will help.

Cheers - and happy running!
