SB IDE CD

I have three HDDs and two CD-Drives in my system. The second  CD is connected to my SB-Card. It is recognized by DOS 7.0, but not by Win95, and WinNT40. What to do?

did you change the jumper on the sb board. mine uses address 1e8 and irq15.
