When I download a self-extracting software package form the net and try to run the .EXE file I get the message &quot;&nbsp;Could not create destination file c:\windows\temp\setup.exe.<wbr /> Error number 13&quot;. Then I click OK and the message &quot;Extract failed: return from extract= -8&quot; appears. <br />
This happens with almost all self-extracting filearchives on my computer. My system (Pentium 133 with Win 95) works perfectly except for this problem. What to do?

When I download a self-extracting software package form the net and try to run the .EXE file I get the message " Could not create destination file c:\windows\temp\setup.exe. Error number 13". Then I click OK and the message "Extract failed: return from extract= -8" appears. 
This happens with almost all self-extracting filearchives on my computer. My system (Pentium 133 with Win 95) works perfectly except for this problem. What to do?
