Change DOS Codepage on NT4.0

I´m a spanish, and i´d configurated NT for this region. When I launch a DOS session, in Full Screen Mode else Windowed, I see the 850 codepage.
How i can change to set 437 codepage, and to conitue using the 850 set, for the keyboard.

Enter the apropriate commands in Autoexec.nt and Config.nt, those are the files that configs the command boxes
