Auto Run

The auto run feature on my cd rom no longer works.  I have entered the control panel/system/devise mgr/
cd rom/my cd rom/settings/auto insert notification.

Nothing seems to revive the auto run feature.

How can I re-activate this feature?

Get TweakUI and install it
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/download/tweakui.exe

Start-> Settings-> Control panel-> Tweak UI-> paranoia
and check "play cd's automatically"
