I've got this message from a friend of mine. Any suggestion?

Here We have a big problem in receiving faxes through a modem .We have many problems that most of them has been solved by changing our modem.  We are recently using a :
 USROBOTICS Courier  v.Everything 33.6
But the system still doesn't work properly .the problem is that we receive most of the faxes halfly , and the second half of the page is missed.after checking all the components we think the fax program that we are using doesn't match the system (we are using Delrina Winfax 4.0). Can you please propose us a program in this respect?
Please also note that this program should have a link to another program called " Watermark Interprise " .

Delete the winfax totally.
Reset the modem, and then check the box for a fax program,
there should be a simple one in there someplace.
Send a few faxes to and from the modem..If it works ok,
reinstall winfax..
Remember this modem just came out and winfax may have a problem with it...
