I am trying to set NT up on a TYAN Dual Pro board with 64 MB ram.  The board has both processors on (P-Pro 200(s)). When NT boots, I get the following message:
Event ID:

Source: Service Control Manager
The Messenger service terminated with service-specific error 2105.

If I boot NT with a 3Com NIC, I get the previous error and the following additional errors:

The 3Com 3C59x Bus Master Adapter Driver service failed to start due to the following error:

Have you tried to stop Messanger service? This shouldn't be
a critical error, because NT will run witout that service.
As far as NIC initialization errors, sorry no clue.
