PPP resolv.confg

This is the information I check to see how bad I am doing.
so far realy bad no luck with this ppp business.

this is my resolv.conf

*** Something wird
*** if I try to dial with this resconv.conf it will do nothing
    I (for the kicks) tryed with an empty file
    this is the result

Your problem is not with your resolv.conf - it's perfect.
Your /etc/hosts is bungled I imagine since ppp is thinks your
lo is 0.0.0.0 - Should be:

127.0.0.1     localhost.nif.com    guanica
206.113.3.8   guanica.nif.com  # only if the IP is static
# otherwise leave the second line out

If that doesn't fix it, post your actual chat script next time
and I'll take a look
