Okay to do this you simply need to use the TARGET command within your <A HREF> tags

On your content page where you have the image thumbnails simply use the following code for your images.

Instead of <A HREF="filename.html"><IMG SRC></A>

Use <A HREF="filename.html" TARGET="main-frame-name"><IMG SRC></A>

where the filename.html is the page you want to appear in the main frame and main-frame-name is the name you have given your main frame.
