How do I insert a picture to my page? I have had it
transfered to a disk. I am using Nav.Gold 3.0.

You must add to your HTML source the following, where you want your image displayed :
    <IMG SRC="my_img.gif">
where my_img.gif is the name of your image file (it could also be a Jpeg image).

You can also add some more parameters inside the <IMGSRC=...> tag, to modify the way/place the image is displayed. For example, ALT="text to display", ALIGN= (bottom, top, ...) BORDER=size etc.
