Writing networking programs.

How can i write programs in pascal that can send and receive data through a Novell NetWare LAN? I will be writing the programs in either Turbo Pascal for Windows version 1.6 or Turbo Pascal for DOS version 7.0.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Pratyush,

I can give you two resources that will get you going.

1) Greg Miller has some Pascal programs that illustrate basic concepts and he even has some include files.  They're at:

http://procyon.mis.net/~gregmi/

2) You can also get Novell's Netware SDK at:

http://cdr.netpub.com/x/subscribe

You'll have to fill out a form for a free subscription to their developer net, but then you can download their SDK's.

Have Fun!
