Where, oh where, can I get C code to handle BCD arithmetic? I only need add, subtract, multiply and devide.

Maybe you try "ftp://x2ftp.oulu.fi/". There you should find tons of source on in fact any topic you can imagine (programming only). Maybe you'll find what you're interested in there.
