Two words: you don't.

PGP is military-strength encryption - the most awesome yet invented.  Even the black suits (professional cryptologists working for government agencies) can't crack it, which is why the US federal government wants an escrow key and staunchly bans its exportation.

But if you're persistant, you might write a script that tries to crack an encoded file by passing every possible combination of characters until the key until the file is finally opened.  There are, like, a jillion possible combinations, so a really fast computer might be able to try them all with, oh, about 150 years of constant effort.

Of course, if you can figure out a better way, you'll be famous among programmers and can probably name your salary to any of a few hundred organizations.
