I assume what you want to know is how to get alternative Startup Screens in 7.6, and not how to get the one that 7.6 uses :), though I'm not sure whether you need to know where to find screens, or how to install them. So both questions:

(1) To create a startup screen, save the graphic in Startup Screen format (PICT ID=0), name it StartupScreen (exactly) and place it in your System folder. When you startup, the usual Welcome to Macintosh screen will be
replaced by your new startup screen, which will disappear when startup is finished.  Many graphics programs (but not all) are able to save in this format, including the excellent shareware GIFConverter.

(StartupFrills works well.  It chooses a random screen (and sound if desired) from a folder of standard StartupScreens.  What's good about it
is that on startup it launches, creates the screen for the *next* startup, then quits.  Therefore it doesn't use any ram and can't cause
conflicts (since it's no longer running).
My only complaint is that I don't want a random screen, I want to cycle through my collection successively with each startup.  There doesn't
seem to be a program to do that.)

(2) There are a few StartUpScreens, as well as some GIFs appropriate for conversion, at the info-mac archives in

 /info-mac/gst/grf/

There are a lot of trains at wuarchive.wustl.edu in

/graphics/trains/

and various other images in

/multimedia/images/

Good luck, and feel free to mail back if you have any other questions,
