Discussion Groups

I'd like to setup a discussion group on our Web server. We use Linux and Apache.  Netscape has a product, Collabra, that may be what we're looking for.  I'm unclear as to how to install it on the Web server, and if everyone can use the discussion groups or only those with Collabra client.

I'm looking for advice and suggestions.

The is an excellent CGI script that runs a message/discussion board which is easy to set up and anyone can use it and it's free.
