I want to extent Exchange and therefor I'm trying to write a  dll using Visual C++. I tried to invoke exchext.h to get some useful definitions, but when trying to compile i end up with: "C:\MSDEV\INCLUDE\Exchext.h(130) : error C2501: 'LPMDB' : missing decl-specifiers" What should a do to make it work properly?

LPMDB isn't declared when you include EXCHEX.H.  You need to include MAPIDEFS.H before you include EXCHEXT.H.  MAPIDEFS.H has the declaration for LPMDB.
