When I print a calendar in Monthly view, I want the entry in each daily "square" to be in a font size smaller than 9 points. I had it working once so I know it can be done. The file later got corrupted an I had to start over. I can't remember  how I did it. It seems to me I set the font size to 12 points, say, and then set the page setup under the Apple menu to 50%. I got the full size calendar with half-size type. Now I get a half-size calender.

when you need to get a size font other than standard in  ANY
Mac program . Go to the fonts menu select "size" scroll down to
the bottom, select "other" and type in whatever number you wish.
Altering the % in "page setup" changes the size of the whole
document.
