The joystick is detected o.k. but it will not calibrate correctly.(it will say at times it is not hooked up properly but it is).I have solved this problem before by uninstalling win/95 and reinstalling it then its o.k..I believe that a scanning program I had installed caused this(or thats when it occurred I think).I uninstalled the program and no help and also taken the card(scanner)out. My question is how can I reinstall the joystick drivers or correct this without unstalling win/95.Thanks

Without knowing more details, ie: kind of joystick, type of ?games? and so on, the best I can offer is to go to:
http://www.microsoft.com/kb/articles/q132/9/96.htm and read thru that document. Or, go to http://www.microsoft.com/kb/ and choos all at step 1(default) and at step 5 type
"joystick and calibrate", no quotes.
Better yet, send me more information. It's probably a matter of removing one type of driver and installing another.
