I recently modified my development machine by installing networking under WFW. &nbsp;When I finished the process, I found that SETUP.EXE won't run. &nbsp;It detects a &quot;conflict&quot; even tho there are no other apps running. &nbsp;I cannot run the setup's I was developing a few days ago, nor can I run SETUP from a 3rd party disk which I happen to know uses MsSetup.<br />
&nbsp; What is SETUP mis-detecting, and how can I get back to development?<br />

It detects a "conflict" even tho there are no other apps running. Computer won't run MsSetup

Visual Basic is Microsoft’s event-driven programming language and integrated development environment (IDE) for its Component Object Model (COM) programming model.
