We are trying to move a C curses application from Solaris to
HP-UX.  The problem is that the program uses the menu, form, and panel libraries.  These libraries don't seem to be available on HP-UX.  Are they available from HP or a third party???

You can get curses from OSF or (since I don't know the URL of OSF) from a Linux distribution in source form and compile it for the HP. A good package is ncurses at http://www.cdrom.com/pub/linux/slackware_source/d/ncurses/ncurses-1.9.9e.tar.gz. You should be able to compile this for your machine and have complete set of libraries (with some possible enhancements).
