dos drivers in win95 and configsys and autoexecbat

I installed win95 from dos after reformatting my h.d.
I have trouble with dos games having no sound and/or not accessing the cd rom drive. I have the program Power 2 play. This program pointed out that i need to have the drivers for the cd rom and sound installed in the autoexecbat and configsys. These files are not listed in either, not at all.
HOW DO I GET THE DRIVERS FOR DOS SOUND AND CD ROM ACCESS INTO CONFIGSYS AND AUTOEXECBAT?

There are two methods.
1- reboot to the C:> and install the dos drivers from there..
windows may "rem" these out, if so see option 2:
2-go to the Windows directory and find the dosstart.bat.now copy the syntax (command lines in the config/autoexec.bat) for the cdrom to this file, (ie mscdex line, etc.),
The dosstart.bat is what Win95 reads when it reboots to dos, and installs the drivers etc. for the dos session..

Same applies to the sound card too..
